Baltix can now send emails directly to your customers β€” pickup confirmations, reminders, and more β€” all branded with your store's logo. Available on the Premium plan.

What's new​

  • Pickup confirmation email β€” Automatically notify customers when their order is ready for pickup, with pickup point details and address
  • Pickup reminder email β€” Send a reminder to customers who haven't picked up their parcel yet
  • Custom logo upload β€” Upload your store's logo in the branding settings to personalize all outgoing emails
  • Notification settings β€” A new Settings β†’ Notifications page lets you choose which emails are sent and when
  • Pickup point change link β€” Customers can change their selected pickup point directly from the email

Getting started​

  1. Go to Settings β†’ Branding and upload your store logo
  2. Go to Settings β†’ Notifications to enable customer email notifications
  3. Choose which emails to send (confirmation, reminder, or both)

Emails are sent automatically based on your preferences β€” no manual action needed.
