Premium order editing

You can now edit order information directly from Baltix — update customer details and shipping address without leaving the order page. Changes are automatically synced to Shopify. Available on the Premium plan.

What's new​

  • Edit customer info — Update the customer name, email, and phone number from the order detail page
  • Edit shipping address — Modify address, city, postal code, and country directly in Baltix
  • Shopify sync — All changes are automatically synced to Shopify
  • Improved customer card — Customer info now displays with clear icons for name, email, and phone
  • Shipping address section — A dedicated shipping address block is now visible on the order detail page

Getting started​

  1. Open any order from the Orders page
  2. Click the edit icon (pencil) next to the Customer heading
  3. Update the fields you need and click Save

Changes are saved and synced to Shopify automatically.
