Baltix now includes a complete return management system β€” your customers can request returns through a branded page, and you manage everything from your orders dashboard. Available on the Premium plan.

What's new​

Customer return portal​

  • Customers receive a link to initiate a return on their order
  • They select which items to return, choose a drop-off pickup point, and see the estimated refund
  • The return shipping cost is automatically deducted from the refund amount

Manage returns from your orders page​

  • A new Returns tab in the orders list shows all pending return requests
  • Each order's timeline shows the full return history β€” from request to refund
  • Approve or decline returns, create return labels, and issue refunds directly from the order page

Flexible return shipping pricing​

  • Set return shipping prices per carrier in Settings β†’ Shipping β†’ Return
  • Choose a single price for all countries, or set different prices per country
  • The cost is clearly shown to the customer before they confirm the return

Automatic email notifications​

  • Return link β€” Sent when you generate a return link for a customer
  • Return confirmation β€” Sent when the customer submits their return request
  • Return label ready β€” Sent when you create the return shipping label
  • Enable or disable each email in Settings β†’ Notifications

How to get started​

  1. Configure return shipping prices in Settings β†’ Shipping β†’ Return
  2. Enable return emails in Settings β†’ Notifications
  3. Open any delivered order and click "Generate return link"
  4. The customer receives the link, selects items, and submits the return
  5. Approve, create the label, and issue the refund β€” all from one page

Return management requires the Premium plan or higher. Email template customization is available on the Pro plan.
