Baltix can now send emails directly to your customers — pickup confirmations, reminders, and more — all branded with your store's logo. Available on the Premium plan.
What's new
- Pickup confirmation email — Automatically notify customers when their order is ready for pickup, with pickup point details and address
- Pickup reminder email — Send a reminder to customers who haven't picked up their parcel yet
- Custom logo upload — Upload your store's logo in the branding settings to personalize all outgoing emails
- Notification settings — A new Settings → Notifications page lets you choose which emails are sent and when
- Pickup point change link — Customers can change their selected pickup point directly from the email
Getting started
- Go to Settings → Branding and upload your store logo
- Go to Settings → Notifications to enable customer email notifications
- Choose which emails to send (confirmation, reminder, or both)
Emails are sent automatically based on your preferences — no manual action needed.
