Changelog

Baltix now integrates with Montonio Shipping, giving merchants another way to offer pickup-point delivery and manage shipments.

You can now send parcels from one parcel locker to another, so you can drop off shipments yourself instead of waiting for a courier pickup.

The new Baltix order panel brings pickup point details and order import into Shopify Admin.

You can now offer cash on delivery with DPD pickup points, so customers pay when they collect their order.

Enterprise merchants can now activate a tailored plan and connect their logistics tools directly to Baltix.

Ship faster and stay aligned with EU consumer-protection requirements: bulk label actions and a fully EU-compliant customer return workflow are now available across Baltix.

Create the right shipment for every order, even when products need to travel in separate packages.

You can now choose how far Baltix looks for pickup points, and what happens when none are close enough.

Scale merchants using the Carrier Service checkout flow can now control when pickup points should be hidden based on product metafields.

Fewer "where is my order?" messages, happier customers — the Tracking Portal add-on is now available for $9.99/month.
